Thank you for considering our introductory or intermediate Tai Chi course. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise, composed of slow, deliberate movements, which enhance physical health and emotional well-being. The Yang Style Short Form consists of 37 movements/postures (first two sections of four) and the Long Form of 108 (four sections). The introductury course objective is to complete the first of four sections the of Yang Style Long Form. The course is not meant to be for, or to replace either injury rehabilitation, or physio therapy.
Understanding/Requirements:
Before:
- NO TRY OUT CLASS OR PAY AS YOU GO OPTION AVAILABLE IN OUR STUDIO (one class or six classes are Euro 100). You have 8 weeks to complete the 6 week course, meaning two makeup sessions. Once you start NO REFUND.
- If you are 70+ years old please consult with your GP to make sure Tai Chi is suitable for you. Being almost 77 myself I understand the challenges of an aging body.
- If you have any underlying health conditions we need to know, as this introductory course is taught to a diverse group of people. It requires participants to have the ability to move their bodies naturally and deliberately for about one hour.
