Introductory Tai Chi Course January 2026

Starting Wednesday, January 21. If your New Year’s resolution is to become healthier and more grounded, maybe you want to try our introductory Tai Chi course.  Tai Chi is a gentle exercise, which enhance physical health and emotional well-being.  The course objective is the complete the first of four sections the of Yang Style Long Form.  The course is not meant to be for or to replace either injury rehabilitation, and or physio therapy.
