Introductory Tai Chi Course January 2026

If your New Year’s resolution is to become healthier and more grounded and you have studied Tai Chi in the past, maybe you want to join our intermediate Tai Chi course on Saturdays or Thursdays.  Tai Chi is a gentle exercise, which enhance physical health and emotional well-being.  The course objective is the complete the second of four sections of the Yang Style Long Form.  The course is not meant to be for or to replace either injury rehabilitation, and or physio therapy.
